Is it for real that toxic till the end is climbing the charts again lately? ㅋㅋ
It’s been over a year since release, but seeing it slowly creep back up is shocking;;
Honestly, at this point isn’t this basically a reverse-charting hit?
There wasn’t even a comeback, but seeing it get talked about again shows how insane her level is.
Why do you all think it’s resurging?
TikTok? Shorts? Or does it just fit today’s vibe again?
The lyrics being re-examined probably plays a part too.
Personally, I think this kind of lonely, bitter, restrained emotional song is really hitting right now.
Rosé’s vocal tone also matches this season perfectly.
Anyway, if it’s doing this after a year, won’t her next comeback absolutely devour the charts?

original post: here
1. The song is genuinely good, you fall even harder when you watch concert clips.
2. It perfectly matches the season.
3. Because it overlapped with the martial law last year, people forget this, but it was in the upper ranks and never fully charted out for a whole year, it stayed mid-tier. Her Oasis cover overseas going viral probably helped too.
4. It’s 19th on Melon right now. If a year-old song ranks this high, that says everything, they should be giving it a daesang. But Melon Music Awards, this trash shameless awards show ignored both APT and Toxic… I hope Melon, the charts, Kakao, all of them get what’s coming. I’ve never seen an awards show this rotten.
5. Based on Billboard Hot 100 points, Toxic would be around #40 if released now. When it first dropped, it got hit by martial law news, Christmas songs flooding the charts, and all attention going to APT. Still, those early results were only possible because it was Rosé. Considering the bad timing, Toxic actually performed well.
6. Toxic Till The End is a masterpiece, it never gets old.
7. It’s especially nice to listen to in winter.
8. All of Rosé’s songs are good.
9. Honestly, I prefer Toxic over APT, so it’s a shame it got overshadowed.
10. Toxic till the end is unfairly good from the intro alone. I’m 100% going to the concert.
