Singer G-Dragon (G-DRAGON) will be holding a fan meeting.

According to iMBC Entertainment’s report on the 6th, G-Dragon (real name Kwon Jiyong) is currently preparing with the goal of holding a fan meeting this coming February.

Throughout his solo career, G-Dragon has focused mainly on concerts and world tours. In 2013, he entered the global stage by holding his first solo world tour, “ONE OF A KIND.” In 2017, he solidified his status as a solo artist with the large-scale “ACT III: M.O.T.T.E World Tour,” spanning Asia, North America, and Europe.

More recently, he released his 2025 full-length album “Ubermensch” and carried out the “G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Ubermensch].” The tour began on March 29 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, and traveled through multiple cities across Asia, Oceania, North America, and Europe. It concluded in December with an encore concert at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome.

Despite all this, G-Dragon has never held an official fan meeting under his own name. During his time with BIGBANG, fan meetings were held for the fan club, but the last official BIGBANG fan meeting was the 2016 fan club event “Fantastic Babys.” After that, there was a brief opportunity to meet fans during his military discharge in 2019, but it was closer to a short greeting event rather than a formal fan meeting.

In this context, the upcoming February fan meeting is meaningful as his first official fan interaction event following years of tour- and concert-focused activities. It also aligns with a recent trend in the music industry of wrapping up a chapter of promotions through fan meetings after major tours or concerts.
