"I think I understand why they’re angry ㅋㅋ Two boy groups that were active at the same time came back, but one returned quietly while the other returned in a flashy way. Also, the current boy groups they like are supposed to be doing well, but HYBE boy groups are the ones doing well. Even the rookie group Cortis has overwhelmingly higher numbers in TikTok followers, Instagram followers, YouTube subscribers, and Spotify listeners.
They were saying that once the current government came in, HYBE would be the first target to be taken down. But in reality, HYBE idols are participating in all the major government events. For APEC they invited RM and G-Dragon. At the cultural exchange appointment ceremony they invited LE SSERAFIM and Stray Kids. And yesterday, for the presidential dinner with Olympic athletes, they invited ILLIT and Cortis. So of course they’re going crazy about it ㅋㅋ"

1. Sorry but honestly most EXO fans have already left the fandom scene. I don’t even think there are that many on TheQoo, but it always looks like only ARMY are extremely angry ㅋㅋ Seriously, whenever anything happens, posts keep popping up angrily searching for Eri. But the Eri themselves aren’t even visible. Instead it’s always ARMY aunties swarming in and just venting their anger among themselves. (t/n: Eri is a nickname EXO fans use to call themselves)
2. Even the auntie fans who used to fangirl on EXO and switched to RIIZE or Wish, can’t let go of the inferiority complex and victim mentality they developed toward BTS back then. So even now they freak out whenever BTS is mentioned.
3. Wow, so many people got triggered just because BTS is performing in Gwanghwamun ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
4. They’re freaking out even more because BTS hit it big. And it’s not just BTS, there are tons of smaller idol groups that have been targeted by those SM auntie fans too.
5. When it was announced that BTS would perform at the “King’s Road” in Gwanghwamun this time… People on Twitter were going off like “what do they think they’re kings or something?” saying their ego is insane and stuff like that. But they didn’t even know that it is the place which is called “King’s Road” and made a huge fuss. They must have nothing better to do and if you check their accounts they’re almost all SM idol fans. At least do some basic research before trying to drag someone… seriously.
6. It’s just inferiority complex.
7. It’s freaking hilarious how they’re having a meltdown about Gwanghwamun. They’re taking out their frustration on BTS because their own idols are flopping both domestically and internationally ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
8. Those SM auntie fans have been clinging to BTS and venting their insanity for over 10 years now, and it’s really disgusting. It would be easier if they just admitted they got completely crushed by BTS’s pure popularity. The inferiority complex and victim mentality that hasn’t faded for almost 10 years is honestly scary. At this point, the idea of even comparing EXO and BTS doesn’t make sense anymore, you know it and I know it.
9. Come to think of it, yeah, it's jealousy.
10. I’m a fan of another group, but this seems right ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ These days they keep talking about how EXO was unfairly treated during their peak.
11. Considering that extreme reactions in the idol scene usually come from rivalry… BTS really has lasted an insanely long time at the very top ㅋㅋㅋ
12. But when other companies get caught doing reverse-viral manipulation and it becomes news, even when their boss gets wanted by Interpol or the CEO is investigated by the police, people didn't treat the idols the same as the company. But with HYBE, they attack both the company and its idols together like they’re the same thing. You can literally feel the hatred through their posts. Even if you’re crazy, at least be crazy in a decent way. The women on TheQoo are basically dominating female communities anyway, but honestly I think TheQoo itself should be investigated for cybercrime.
